Ingredients:
Malunggay leaves thinly chopped
1 pack instant coconut powder mix
1-2 cans spicy or hot corned tuna
Onion chopped
Garlic chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil
Cooking Directions:
1. Saute garlic, onion and corned tuna in 1 tsp. Cooking oil.
2. Dissolved coconut powder in 1 medium cup hot water and pour in the pan.
3. Add the Malunggay Bits for atleast 1 plate
4. Mix until cook and add water if desired.
5. Add 1 tsps. salt and pepper
6. Simmer for 5 mins. Or until cooked and serve.
Tip: It is very easy to cook and budget friendly and very delicious. Less time cooking also. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe#12: Cheezee Omelet with Malunggay Leaves
A very easy to cook, easy to prepare, affordable but very nutritious because it is rich in Vitamin A and B.
Ingredients:
5 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 Onions, chopped
5 Eggs
Malunggay Leaves, chopped
1 Carrots, grated
1/4 kg. Beef or 2 150g corned beef
Ham or hotdog bits (opt.)
1 cup Grated Cheese
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
1.) Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for cooking oil
2.) Heat pan and put cooking oil.
3.) Pour the mixture, flip on the otherside to cook.
4.) Serve

Recipe#11: Malunggay Macaroni Soup (Sopas)
Ingredients:
1 250g. Elbow Macaroni pasta
1/4 ground chicken meat or 1 can hot Corned Tuna
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tbps. Margarine
5 cloves garlic, crushed
Malunggay Leaves, thinly chopped
1 medium size onion, chopped
3-4 cups Water
Patis (fish sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook pasta as per package instructions. Set aside.
- Saute garlic, onion, and meat. Simmer for 5mins. Or until meat is tender.
- Add cooked macaroni, water, malunggay, patis, evap, salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to Boil and serve.

Recipe#10: Malunggay Dynamite
I love watching TV that involves cooking. So oftentimes I watch the show of Jennylyn Mercado w/c is Sarap TV w/family. One time, she cooked the Dynamite Recipe, she is advertising for the CDO ulam Burger mix. So I tried it, I loved it. So I made my own version. I add malunggay to make it more nutritious.

Ingredients:
1 CDO Ulam Burger Beef Mix
1 large carrot, grated
1 cup grated cheese
Malunggay leaves, thinly chopped
5 cloves of Garlic, crushed
1 large onions, chopped
10-15 pcs. Long green peppers (pansigang)
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup flour or breading mix
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Using a knife cut the one side of the long green peppers and use a spoon to remove the beans. Wash it and set aside
- Mix the beef, garlic, onion, malunggay, carrots, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Stuff the green pepper with the mixture.
- Dip in flour, egg and bread crumbs.
- Deep fried and serve.

Recipe#9: Malunggay Burger
Because I love to eat burger, I thought of adding malunggay in the ingredients of the burger. Also, your kids can eat it without knowing that it is a vegetable.
Ingredients:
Bread Bun
Mayonnaise or mustard (opt.)
Fresh Tomatoes, sliced
Catsup
Cheese (opt.)
lettuce (opt.)
Malunggay nuggets as burger patty (see Recipe#1)
Instructions:
1.) Slice the bread in the middle.
2.) Put the Malunggay Nuggets, Sliced Fresh Tomatoes, Mayonnaise and Catsup.
3.) You can add cheese, lettuce and mustard if you want
4.) Heat in Oven or Pan or as is and Serve.

Recipe#6: Sardines ala Sisig w/ Malunggay Bits
Ingredients:
2 150g. Cans of Hot/Chili Sardines (remove the sauce and bones)
1 pc. Cucumber, chopped include the skin
2 onions, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
Ginger, crushed
Malunggay Leaves, thinly chopped
Butter Margarine
All purpose Cream
Chili (if you want more hot)
Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg for garnish
Cooking Directions:
1.) In a pan, Saute garlic, onion, ginger, and sardines in a butter
2.) Add soy sauce, salt and pepper
3.) Allow to cook for a 3 mins.
4.) Add Chili, Malunggay bits and Cucumber
5.) Stir constantly, then add all purpose cream
6.) Stir until golden brown, or slightly roasted
7.) Add egg on top, and cover
8.) Simmer until egg is cook and serve
Tip: you can also use Mayonnaise instead of all purpose cream, or you can also mix the scrumbled egg.

Recipe #5: Sauteed Bitter Gourd ( Ampalaya )
Ingredients:
1 pc. ampalaya or bitter gourd
1/4 ground meat ( or canned spicy meat)
Malunggay Leaves
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
5 gloves garlic, crushed
Chili (optional)
Cooking oil
2 eggs, bitten
1 1/2 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Patis ( Fish Sauce) or Soy Sauce
Ampalaya (Bitter Gourd): Removing the Bitterness
1.) Cut Ampalaya in the midle
2.) Remove the middle part of Ampalaya, the chopped
3.) Mash ampalaya with 1 cup of rock salt and water, soak for 30 mins.
4.) Wash ampalaya and set aside
Cooking Directions:
1.) In pan, saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, ground meat in cooking oil
2.) Simmer for 5 mins.
3.) Add Ampalaya (washed), Malunggay Leaves, water, salt and pepper to taste
4.) Simmer for 10 mins.
5.) Add egg and chili, cook for 1-2 mins and serve.
Tip: Do not cover the pan and stir only after the egg is cooked.
Recipe#4: Malunggay Tea
Ingredients:
Malunggay Leaves
Sambong (optional)
Kalamansi
Cooking Directions:
1.) In your favorite pan or kettle, boil Malunggay w/ Sambong leaves
2.) Put some kalamansi juice and serve
Tip: Drinking Malunggay as a tea is very nutritious,
It can be a home remedy for colds specially when mix with Sambong
And Kalamansi Juice

Recipe#3: Chicken Tinola w/ Malunggay
Ingredients:
1 kg. Chicken chopped (without the skin)
Malunggay leaves
1 Sayote peeled and slice
1 large onion slice
Garlic crushed
Ginger strips
1 chicken cube
Patis
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking oil
Water
Cooking Directions:
1.) Heat cooking oil in a pan
2.) Add the garlic, onion, ginger and chicken
3.) Simmer for 5 mins.
4.) Add water, patis, chicken cube, salt and pepper
4.) Simmer until boil
5.) Remove the excess fat of chicken floating
6.) Add the Malunggay Leaves and Sayote
7.) Simmer until boil and serve.
Tip: Remove the chicken skin for less fat

Recipe#2: Lumpiang Shanghai
Ingredients:
Malunggay Leaves Thinly Chopped
1/4 kg. ground chicken
1 large grated carrot
1 egg
1 large onion, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 cucumber, chopped ( include the skin)
Raisins
Lumpia Wrappers
Canola Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
1.) Mix all ingredients
2.) Wrap a spoonful in a Lumpia Wrapper
3.) Heat cooking oil and fry
4.) Serve
Tip: Try to wrap a sample first only and fry so you can still adjust the taste.

Recipe#1: Malunggay Nuggets
Ingredients:
Malunggay Leaves Thinly Chopped
1 large carrot grated
3 cans of 150g sardines (remove the sauce and the bones) crushed
3 cups flour
onions chopped
Garlic crushed
2 eggs
Water
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 tbsp. soysauce
fish sauce (patis)
1 pack chicken breading
3 tbsp. Baking powder
Cooking oil
Cooking Directions:
1.) Mix all ingredients
2.) Heat oil in a pan and fry
3.) Drain and serve
Tip: It can serve as many as the family can have, some uncook can store in a sealed container and put in chiller and can last up to 3-4 days.

Malunggay "Moringa oleifera"
The leaves are the most nutritious part of the plant, being a significant source of B vitamins, vitamin C, provitamin A as beta-carotene, vitamin K, manganese and protein, among other essential nutrients. Compared with common foods, it is particularly high in certain nutrients but most kids nowadays don't eat vegetables, even some of the adults. So I make some of nutritious recipe, easy to cook, and affordable Malunggay as the main ingredient for your daily meals.
