Ingredients:
1 250g. Elbow Macaroni pasta
1/4 ground chicken meat or 1 can hot Corned Tuna
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tbps. Margarine
5 cloves garlic, crushed
Malunggay Leaves, thinly chopped
1 medium size onion, chopped
3-4 cups Water
Patis (fish sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook pasta as per package instructions. Set aside.
- Saute garlic, onion, and meat. Simmer for 5mins. Or until meat is tender.
- Add cooked macaroni, water, malunggay, patis, evap, salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring to Boil and serve.
