Recipe#2: Lumpiang Shanghai




Ingredients:
Malunggay Leaves Thinly Chopped
1/4 kg. ground chicken
1 large grated carrot
1 egg
1 large onion, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 cucumber, chopped ( include the skin)
Raisins
Lumpia Wrappers
Canola Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:
1.) Mix all ingredients
2.) Wrap a spoonful in a Lumpia Wrapper
3.) Heat cooking oil and fry
4.) Serve

Tip: Try to wrap a sample first only and fry so you can still adjust the taste.
