Recipe #14: Hot & Spicy Ginataang Okra



Ingredients:
Okra chopped
1 pack Knorr Ginataang Gulay mix
1 can San Marino Corned Tuna spicy/hot
Onion chopped
Garlic chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil

Cooking Directions:
1. Saute garlic, onion and corned tuna in 1 tsp. Cooking oil.
2. Add Okra & 1 cup water, simmer
3. Add Knorr Ginataang gulay mix
4. Mix until cook
5. Add 1 tsps. salt and pepper
6. Simmer for 5 mins. Or until cooked and serve.

Tip: Okra is great to lower Bad Cholesterol.
